New Patient Access NP/PA — Primary Care Team

Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, in Worcester, MA, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the New Patient Intake team. This role focuses on improving access for new patients, conducting initial evaluations, coordinating care, and guiding patients to long-term primary care.
