• Support key initiatives to improve customer experience metrics like ASAT and QA.
• Develop subject matter expertise in Options and Margin trading to resolve technical queries.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and analyze customer issues, providing effective solutions.
• Utilize data analytics to spot trends and escalate findings.
• Contribute to training and knowledge bases.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of customer experience in financial services, including active trader or trade desk experience.
• Active Series 7 & 63; Series 3 & 4 a bonus.
• Strong collaboration and de-escalation skills.
