Providing on-call clinical support, the remote New Mexico Licensed Social Worker will assess and triage patients via telehealth, conduct psychosocial assessments, and deliver a full range of clinical social work consult services in a flexible, variable schedule. Key responsibilities: Conduct psychosocial assessments and triage patients in emergency and inpatient settings Provide treatment recommendations, crisis intervention, and discharge planning Collaborate with the Enterprise Telehealth team for warm handoffs to psychiatrists Required qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University New Mexico Clinical Social Worker License upon hire 5 years post-graduate experience in Emergency Department, Inpatient, or Outpatient Behavioral Health settings Experience documenting in an Electronic Health Record (EPIC preferred)
