Key responsibilities Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups for patients across the lifespan Utilize in-house referral networks and operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination Exercise clinical autonomy in decision-making and patient management without pressure to increase visit volume Required qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO) Active, unrestricted medical license, with multi-state licensing support available Interest in providing 100% telepsychiatry-based outpatient care Comfort with using streamlined clinical technology Strong clinical judgment and collaborative mindset
