New Mexico Licensed Call Specialist

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time New Mexico Licensed Call Specialist will conduct outreach and engagement activities aimed at enrolling and retaining participants, while working remotely and occasionally performing minimal research tasks. Key responsibilities Utilize effective outreach and recruitment methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing thorough program overviews and answering questions Conduct daily phone outreach and engagement activities, scheduling appointments for program enrollment and retention Required qualifications Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
