To support a comprehensive Behavioral Health team, the full-time remote New Mexico Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician will provide assessment and evidence-based care, manage patient cases, and participate in quality improvement processes across various healthcare settings. Key responsibilities Identify, triage, and manage patients with behavioral health issues, providing counseling and case management Develop and implement behavioral health change plans and protocols for target populations Participate in continuous quality improvement processes, including peer reviews and clinical audits Required qualifications Master's degree in social work or counseling Current New Mexico LCSW or LPCC license Experience in behavioral health assessment and treatment Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices Ability to provide clinical supervision to adjunctive therapists and interns
