Working remotely, the full-time New Jersey Payroll Coordinator will manage payroll processing for non-union and some union entertainment clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting Paymasters with data entry, timecard review, and payroll reporting. Key responsibilities Manage payroll processing for assigned clients, delivering high-quality service and compliance with regulations Assist with data entry, timecard reviews, and payroll releases, addressing discrepancies as needed Compile and review payroll reports and invoices for client approval and maintain client protocols Required qualifications 2-3 years of experience in payroll or production accounting Knowledge of entertainment union contracts is a plus Experience in the Film/TV industry is advantageous Ability to manage high-volume work with competing priorities under pressure Client-focused with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
