New Jersey Licensed Therapist

To provide high-quality outpatient therapy, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Therapist will deliver remote care to clients with lower to moderate acuity issues, managing a consistent caseload while benefiting from operational support and minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions for outpatient therapy Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and clear expectations Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with clinical leadership for support Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
