Providing patient care-focused pharmacotherapy recommendations, the full-time New Jersey Licensed System Pharmacist will work onsite in Morristown with hybrid opportunities, ensuring safe and effective medication therapy across multiple inpatient settings while collaborating with healthcare teams. Key Responsibilities Review and verify medication orders for appropriateness, safety, and accuracy Monitor therapeutic outcomes and provide clinical recommendations to the healthcare team Collaborate with healthcare professionals across all sites to optimize patient care Required Qualifications Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy with a PharmD PGY1 pharmacy residency training OR 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience in the assigned area Current active registration and licensure with the State of New Jersey Board of Pharmacy
