To support patient care initiatives, the full-time New Jersey Licensed RN will assess clinical needs, coordinate care plans, and advocate for members while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assess patients' clinical needs against established guidelines to ensure appropriate care levels Coordinate and implement care plans, negotiating fees for services outside the network as necessary Document patient interactions and care evaluations comprehensively based on organizational standards Required qualifications Active Unrestricted NJ RN License required Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or a health-related field, or accredited diploma from a nursing school Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience Proficiency in MS Office products and familiarity with intranet and internet applications preferred Knowledge of case/care management principles and utilization management preferred
