To provide advanced knowledge and skills in drug therapy within a Medicaid managed care HMO, the one-year New Jersey Licensed Pharmacy Resident will engage in pharmacy case management, formulary development, and clinical policy creation while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage pharmacy case management and disease state management Develop therapeutic class reviews, drug monographs, and clinical policies Oversee the prior authorization process and conduct drug utilization reviews Required qualifications Bachelor's of Science degree in pharmacy from an accredited college or university Pharm D from an accredited college or university Active Unrestricted Pharmacist License preferred for making UM decisions Three Letters of Recommendation Knowledge of spreadsheet and database software packages
