To support pediatric patients, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Pediatric RN will manage care coordination, assess clinical needs, and advocate for members while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Assess patients' clinical needs to ensure appropriate levels of care and length of stay Coordinate and implement care plans, monitoring services and negotiating fees as necessary Document patient care activities accurately and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for continuity of care Required qualifications: Active Unrestricted NJ RN License required Associates or bachelor's degree in nursing or a health-related field, or accredited diploma nursing school Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience Proficiency in personal computers and MS Office products Knowledge of case/care management principles preferred
