New Jersey Licensed Neurology Nurse Practitioner

Seeking a New Jersey Licensed Neurology Nurse Practitioner, the full-time remote role will provide clinical care to patients with neurological conditions, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians to enhance patient access and treatment efficiency. Key responsibilities Provide direct clinical care to patients via telehealth for neurological conditions and memory disorders Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and manage ongoing treatment in collaboration with supervising physicians Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and disease progression while maintaining accurate clinical documentation Required qualifications Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey; certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care settings Strong clinical judgment and clinical documentation skills Ability to manage a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers
