New Jersey Licensed Mental Health Specialist

To support the Military Services team, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Mental Health Specialist (Night) will manage crisis response, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery during night shifts, with potential for a fully remote work arrangement. Key responsibilities Provides and manages crisis response, triage, and support services for incoming calls, chats, and service requests Supervises assigned staff, offering ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback Tracks and analyzes key performance metrics to ensure quality outcomes and adherence to safety protocols Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant mental health, social sciences, or human services field One year of full-time related experience in a mental health field, with part-time experience considered Active New Jersey certification/licensure in Social Work, if applicable Ability to remain physically active and manage unpredictable situations Experience in crisis management and risk assessment protocols
