New Jersey Licensed Clinical Development Physician

To support the ZYNLONTA Program, the fully remote Senior Clinical Development Physician Contractor will manage medical monitoring and patient safety oversight, conduct clinical data reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working approximately 30-40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the medical monitor for ZYNLONTA studies, providing clinical judgment on eligibility and management of toxicities Lead ongoing benefit-risk assessments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to characterize patient outcomes Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA/EMA regulations, and maintain audit-ready documentation for inspections Required Qualifications: MD required; MD/PhD preferred Board certification in Hematology/Oncology strongly preferred 15+ years of clinical R&D experience in biopharma or a combination of clinical and industry experience Direct experience with antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), particularly PBD-based or CD19-targeted agents Familiarity with the evolving DLBCL treatment landscape
