To enhance telemedicine services, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Advanced Practice Provider will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients' health needs while working remotely five days a week. Key responsibilities Conduct patient history and physical examinations via telemedicine to develop individualized care plans Order, perform, supervise, and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe appropriate medications Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention while serving as a patient advocate and interdisciplinary consultant Required qualifications Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant New Jersey Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant licensure National certification for telemedicine practice in internal medicine 3-5 years of relevant experience BLS certification
