To support justice-involved individuals on their recovery journey, the full-time remote New Jersey Certified Recovery Coach will build trusting relationships, utilize personal recovery experience for motivation, and collaborate with clients and care teams to develop personalized recovery plans. Key responsibilities Build trusting, nonjudgmental relationships with clients based on shared lived experience Collaborate with participants and the Holon care team to develop personalized recovery plans Connect clients to community resources and advocate for them within various systems Required qualifications Certified as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRS) or Peer Recovery Coach in New Jersey A person in sustained recovery with at least one year of lived experience is strongly preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred 1-2 years in a peer support role is strongly preferred Experience working with justice-involved populations is a plus
