New Jersey AR Representative

To support the revenue cycle management team, the full-time New Jersey AR Representative will manage accounts receivable, address insurance claim denials, and ensure timely processing of claims while collaborating with various internal teams. Key responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and analyze aged AR to identify root causes of issues Investigate and resolve claim denials, including contacting payer representatives as needed Collaborate with internal teams and practice consultants to optimize revenue cycle functionality Required qualifications High School Graduate 3+ years of experience in a medical billing office or equivalent claims experience Understanding of revenue cycle performance drivers and complex claims resolution Experience with NJ payers and portals is required Neurology AR experience is required
