About the Opportunity

A full-service, Chicago-based law firm known for its long-standing client relationships and collaborative culture—is seeking an experienced Business Associate to join its dynamic corporate practice.

As a Business litigation Associate, you’ll be part of a tightly knit team that provides legal counsel across corporate, litigation, employment, tax, estate planning, and IP matters—ensuring clients receive end-to-end support. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with privately held businesses, founders, and entrepreneurs on transactions that shape the next generation of middle-market growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of business/commercial litigation experience, preferably from a well-respected firm.

• Strong drafting and negotiating skills for purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and related corporate documents.

• Passion for building client relationships and a long-term legal career in a supportive, growth-minded setting.
