The Role

Title : Associate Attorney – Defense Personal Injury (Commercial Auto & Premises Liability)

Caseload : 70% commercial trucking and motor vehicle defense; remainder in premises liability and related matters.

Duties

• Manage a docket from intake through trial.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial work.
• Travel for case requirements (typically within DFW; occasional statewide).
• Participate in approximately 1 trial per month.

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas.
• Location: Within 2 hours of Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex (no relocation offered).
• Minimum 3 years of defense personal injury litigation experience (commercial auto preferred).
