To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time New Hampshire Licensed Triage Nurse will provide telephone-based nursing assessments and guidance, determining appropriate next steps in patient care while working remotely. Key responsibilities Respond promptly to patient calls and assess needs through active listening and open-ended questions Conduct nursing assessments and provide recommendations using established guidelines, protocols, and algorithms Document calls, assessments, and actions in the patient medical record while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality Required qualifications Graduate of an accredited RN program NH RN license or RN license from another Compact State BLS certification within 6 months of hire Ergonomically appropriate home workspace and high-speed internet Private workspace for confidential patient conversations and HIPAA compliance
