To support a nationwide virtual practice, a part-time New Hampshire Licensed Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a fully remote setting, designing personalized treatment plans and managing documentation efficiently. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team Required Qualifications Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent Licensed in New Hampshire Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
