New Hampshire Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, a full-time New Hampshire Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy remotely, managing a consistent caseload of lower to moderate acuity populations while benefiting from minimal administrative burdens and flexible scheduling. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with clear, transparent goals and expectations Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
