To support primary care teams remotely, the full-time New Hampshire Licensed Primary Care Physician will manage indirect patient care tasks, collaborate with on-site providers, and ensure effective communication regarding patient medical needs. Key responsibilities Respond to patient calls and portal messages requiring provider input Review and refill medication requests while coordinating patient care with triage and care coordination nurses Communicate lab and diagnostic test results to patients and complete peer-to-peer reviews with insurance companies for authorization Required qualifications Board-certified MD or DO Current DEA registration New Hampshire medical license 3-5 years of clinical experience in primary care
