New Hampshire Licensed Neurologist

To provide virtual neurology care focused on memory care and dementia-related conditions, the full-time contract Telehealth Neurologist will conduct patient visits, evaluate neurological conditions, and collaborate with care teams while working remotely from New Hampshire. Key responsibilities Conduct virtual neurology visits for new and existing patients, emphasizing memory disorders and dementia care Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions in accordance with telehealth standards Partner with nurse practitioners and referring providers to develop and adjust patient care plans Required qualifications Board certified/eligible neurologist with an active, unrestricted medical license in New Hampshire Experience diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or related cognitive conditions Prior telehealth experience is required Experience providing anti-amyloid therapy and monitoring patients receiving these medications Ability to work independently in a contract (1099) capacity with a flexible visit schedule
