New Hampshire Licensed Full-Cycle Biller

To support Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics in New Hampshire, the full-time New Hampshire Licensed Full-Cycle Biller will manage patient billing, collections, and insurance claims processing while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate business office functions, including patient billing and collections, while ensuring compliance with established procedures Recommend and implement new processes for billing and collections, ensuring timely and accurate submissions Assist in managing employees by providing coaching, training, and enforcing company policies Required qualifications 3-5 years of Full-Cycle billing experience, including Acute Hospital and/or Physician claims Experience with Claims and Denial Queues and familiarity with Commercial and Medicaid claims High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and follow-through abilities
