New Hampshire Licensed Claim Biller

To support healthcare facilities in New Hampshire, the full-time Institutional & ProFee Claim Biller - Commercial & Medicaid will manage claims processing for Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics, overseeing patient billing, collections, and third-party payer relations in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry Implement processes for accurate billing and follow-up on third-party approvals and overdue accounts Assist in managing employees by providing coaching, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies Required qualifications 3-5 years of full-cycle billing experience, including Acute Hospital and/or Physician claims Experience with Claims and Denial Queues Familiarity with Commercial and Medicaid claims is required High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
