Providing essential claims processing services, the full-time New Hampshire Licensed Biller will manage patient billing, collections, and insurance claims for Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, credit collections, and data entry Implement processes for follow-up on third-party approvals and overdue account collections Assist in managing employees through coaching, training, and performance evaluations Required qualifications 3-5 years of Full-Cycle billing experience, including Acute Hospital and/or Physician claims Experience with Claims and Denial Queues Familiarity with Commercial and Medicaid claims High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
