New Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager (Fully Remote)

• Lead complex, multi-location implementations of Scotch's POS platform.
• Work with customer and internal stakeholders to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own onboarding from kickoff to go-live, including planning, configuration, migration, and hardware.
• Train staff, run status meetings, and partner with internal teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 4-5+ years in onboarding/implementation with enterprise or multi-location customers.
• Experience with POS, retail tech, data migration, and integrations. Strong project management skills.
