Quality AnalystQC of outbound files for anomalies, testing and documenting processes for improvement needs. Strong technical skills with SQL, coding (software development of internal applications - working with the vendors to update applications). Examples of applications: Connect (for print and email notices) All customer communications go through the team and this contractor will create the templates that are sent to customers based on triggers.
This contractor will QC letters and documentation that go out to customers. Will test and write test cases for the QC process related to the documents. Ideally the chosen candidate will have prior experience with the Connect application as well as SQL.
Minimum of a Bachelors degree and 5 years experience
