New Car Sales Director - Lead Volume & Team Growth

Grubbs Volvo Cars Grapevine is seeking a New Car Sales Director to run our new vehicle department. This is a department-ownership seat with real authority over volume, gross, inventory, desking, and the development of the people who produce all three.

You will own desking and inventory, lead a data-driven, high-performing team, manage Volvo programs and CSI scores, and coordinate with F&I, BDC, and Service to deliver the sale and handoff. A track record in dealership sales management is required.
