New Car Sales Director — Department Ownership

Grubbs Volvo Cars Grapevine is hiring a New Car Sales Director to run the new vehicle department with authority over volume, gross, inventory, desking, and people development. This role owns processes from lead handling to delivery and drives Volvo program execution.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, manage inventory and pricing strategy, and collaborate with the General Manager to align on targets and growth while maintaining a strong CSI/CX focus.
