Processing new account applications and maintenance requests, the full-time hybrid New Accounts Analyst II will ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while providing operational support to internal partners and clients. Key Responsibilities Reviews and processes new account documentation, ensuring timely completion in accordance with service level agreements Analyzes Customer Identification Program results and third-party verification data to determine account eligibility Performs account maintenance activities and resolves processing exceptions, while identifying opportunities for operational improvements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience 2 years of related banking and customer service experience Working knowledge of LexisNexis, Equifax, and Chex Systems; experience with IBS Insight or other FIS software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Ability to work additional hours as needed to meet business demands
