- Build relationships with clients to find new opportunities to expand the Wrike product.
- Work with a customer base of knowledge workers to onboard, support, and answer questions.
- Work alongside the Account Development Team and collaborate with Professional Services, Sales Engineers, Renewal, and Marketing.
Your Impact:
- Actively prospect into existing accounts via outbound calls.
- Manage assigned accounts, inbound requests, trials, and leads, and the full sales cycle.
- Prioritize opportunities, apply resources, and strategize big deals with your territory team.
Your Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and 1+ years of customer-facing experience in sales, customer success, or support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen business sense.
- A problem solver mindset, critical thinker, and passion for learning.
