Supporting the Provider Enrollment Manager, the remote Nevada Provider Enrollment Advisor will serve as a subject matter expert on provider enrollment requirements, analyze data for compliance, and recommend process improvements while managing project activities and stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities Ensure compliance with regulatory and business standards for provider enrollment Analyze business needs and recommend system improvements to support operational goals Manage project timelines and deliverables while utilizing data analysis to identify trends and compliance risks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Five or more years of experience in healthcare operations, including provider credentialing and enrollment Knowledge of CMS Federal and State Guidelines related to enrollment and reenrollment policies Preferred Six Sigma Lean Green or Black Belt certification Familiarity with NV Medicaid Guidelines is preferred
