Nevada Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Nevada Licensed Therapist will provide 100% remote outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload with minimal administrative responsibilities. Key responsibilities Deliver outpatient therapy sessions with defined goals and standard session lengths Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network Utilize evidence-based clinical approaches within a structured outpatient model Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) Active, unrestricted multi-state license (two or more states preferred) Experience managing an outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is highly desired
