Nevada Licensed Case Manager

As the primary point of contact for claim management, the full-time Nevada Licensed Case Manager will process workers' compensation claims, communicate with clients and relevant parties, and ensure compliance with firm policies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Processing assigned claims in accordance with firm policies and ensuring timely completion of all tasks Documenting all relevant activity in case management software and clearing emails daily Communicating with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and clients while assisting the assigned attorney with litigation issues Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of six months of workers' compensation claims experience or related claims experience Thorough knowledge of legal principles, terminology, and government regulations Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and ability to operate basic office equipment Commitment to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of clients and the firm
