Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Nevada Licensed Call Center Representative will engage in inbound phone interactions to deliver meaningful solutions and enhance customer experiences while working remotely from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm PDT. Key responsibilities Assist customers by delivering solutions and educating them on products and services Build meaningful relationships with customers to inspire positive feedback and referrals Participate in a comprehensive 13-week virtual training program to develop skills in technology, banking, and leadership Required qualifications Must reside within 90 miles of a Nevada location High School diploma or equivalent Experience in customer service, particularly in problem-solving and product education Familiarity with banking and financial services is a plus Proficient in navigating various computer software and systems with strong keyboarding skills
