Neurosurgery Opportunity in Northern California – General Neurosurgery with an emphasis on Spine

Dignity Health Medical Group – North State is a 60+ provider multi-specialty group with care centers in Redding and Red Bluff, CA. We are recruiting for an additional neurosurgeon to partner with our existing neurosurgeon in a full scope practice in Redding, California. To be eligible, you must have a California licence, Board Certification (or Board Eligible) and California fluoroscopy certification.

Compensation Range – $900,000 – $1,200,000 per year

• Base/Guaranteed Salary: $700,000 – $925,000 per year.
• Call estimated at $201,600 – $288,000 per year.
• 7–10 call days per month.
• Competitive salary guarantee, paid malpractice insurance.

• 8 weeks time off per year.

Job Requirements

• A valid and unrestricted California medical license.
• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA).
• Completion of an accredited post‑graduate training program.
