To support a growing medical coding team, the full-time Profee Neurosurgery Coding Specialist will review medical records, ensure high-quality coding standards, and collaborate with colleagues in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Review medical records and accurately code charts to meet client needs Maintain high quality and productivity standards in coding services Communicate with coders and managers to address client requirements and dynamics Required qualifications At least 3 years of profee coding experience, particularly in CV Hospital & Clinic E/Ms coding within a teaching facility Current AHIMA or AAPC coding credentials Access to high-speed internet and a suitable workstation Demonstrated coding quality of at least 95%
