- 3 provider group looking to replace relocating Neurosurgeon
- 6 Advanced Practice Providers - APPs take 1st call
- Employed position
- 40% outpatient/60% operating room / inpatient mix
- Teaching affiliation with Michigan State University
- Average of 20-30 patients per clinic day
- Level II Trauma Center
- Clinic within hospital
- EMR & software assisted triage system
- 1 RN, 1 LPN, 7 C/MAs & 7 clerical
- Outreach clinics: Escanaba, Ishpeming, Hancock, Iron Mountain, Manistique, Newberry. 1 per week
- Comprehensive Brain & Spine Center inclusive of Neurology, Physiatry, Interventional Pain, Neurophysiology and Neuro/Health Psychology
