An exciting Locum Tenens opportunity is available for a Neurological Surgery physician in Michigan starting July 2026 and ongoing. The clinician will provide comprehensive 24-hour call coverage and neurosurgical services at a Level III trauma facility. This role involves inpatient, clinic, and operating room settings with a 1:3 call ratio.

• Case load/PPD: 0-5 calls per 24hr call
• Support staff: 3 APP's on staff

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive 24-hour call coverage for neurological surgery services across inpatient, clinic, and operating room settings
• Manage day shift and 24-hour shift coverage with a 1:3 call ratio
• Respond to emergency consultations
• Perform neurosurgical procedures
• Maintain prescriptive authority
• Provide continuous availability for trauma activations and emergency surgical interventions
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
