Neurosurgeon

The Hospitals of Providence Sierra Campus, in partnership with Tenet Healthcare, is seeking a fellowship-trained Neurosurgeon to join a distinguished practice. This full-time, employed opportunity offers a collaborative environment with two Neurosurgeons and an APP, supported by a hospital network with Comprehensive Stroke Center designation and cutting-edge technology. This role provides the infrastructure and flexibility for both new graduates and experienced surgeons to build a thriving neurosurgical practice in El Paso, TX.

Practice Info

• Collaborative team includes two Neurosurgeons and an APP
• Primary practice at Sierra Campus with option to expand call coverage and grow across additional campuses
• Cover 2 facilities located approximately 2 miles apart
• Sierra Campus is a 306-bed facility with 12 OR suites, hybrid OR, 3 cath labs, dedicated Neuro suite, biplane, and Stealth Navigation
• Sierra Campus is designated as a Comprehensive Stroke Center
• Access to a full four-campus hospital network, the largest in the El Paso region, including Primary Stroke Centers, teaching facilities, and advanced hybrid OR capabilities

Responsibilities

• General neurosurgery scope including cranial and spine procedures

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board eligible or board certified in Neurosurgery
• Fellowship training required
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship available
