CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, LA, is seeking a full-time Neurosurgeon to join a flourishing and highly respected neurosurgery practice. This role offers immediate patient volume within an established multi-specialty health system, providing access to modern operating rooms and state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging. The successful candidate will collaborate with a robust medical staff and multidisciplinary team to deliver life-changing cranial and spinal interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care
• Perform both elective and complex emergent neurosurgical procedures
• Participate in a shared, manageable call rotation schedule
• Collaborate closely with trauma, orthopedic, and intensive care specialists
• Contribute to clinical quality initiatives and the strategic growth of the neuroscience service line

Requirements

• Education: M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Licensure: Unrestricted Louisiana Medical License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
