Neurosurgeon

CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, LA, is seeking a full-time Neurosurgeon to join their established and highly respected practice. This role offers immediate patient volume within a premier regional referral center, collaborating with a robust medical staff of over 325 physicians. The successful candidate will deliver life-changing cranial and spinal interventions utilizing modern operating rooms and state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care
• Perform both elective and complex emergent neurosurgical procedures
• Participate in a shared, manageable call rotation schedule
• Collaborate closely with trauma, orthopedic, and intensive care specialists
• Contribute to clinical quality initiatives and the strategic growth of the neuroscience service line

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Unrestricted Louisiana Medical License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
