AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking Fellowship Trained Neuroradiologists to join their growing physician-led practice in Central Florida. This role offers the opportunity to provide neuroradiology services for the largest radiology practice in Central Florida, serving 17 AdventHealth hospitals and numerous outpatient centers. - Largest radiology practice in Central Florida with 200+ radiologists.
- Provides approximately 3 million exams annually through a large referral base.
- Exclusive imaging provider for 17 AdventHealth hospitals, 10 freestanding EDs, and 21 outpatient imaging centers throughout Central Florida.
- Utilizes one PACS system (Agfa PACS and Powerscribe).
- All imaging centers are accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR).
- 24-hour support from an experienced team of dedicated Radiology Practice Coordinators.
Responsibilities
- Perform 100% Neuroradiology including CT, MR, XR, and US.
- Utilize Radiology AI tools such as Rad AI for automated impression generation and Aidoc for AI-powered triage and diagnostic support.
- Participate in Interdisciplinary team conferences, clinical research, and resident education (optional).
- Maintain subspecialty, high-quality reads.
Compensation
- Extremely competitive compensation of $600,000 to $1,000,000++ with uncapped earning potential.

Shift & Schedule
- Daytime: 210 or 226 shifts/year, 8-9 weekends a year, occasional evening coverage, no overnight responsibilities, hybrid remote/onsite. RVU expectation 57/shift.
- Remote Evening: 3pm-11pm. Includes 8-9 weekends per year. RVU expectation 61/shift.
- Remote Overnight: 7 on / 14 off, 14 on/14 off, or 14 on/ 28 off. RVU expectation 77.5/shift.
- Remote Weekend: 10-hour shifts with flexible 4-day weekend options (Thu-Sund or Sat-Tues) or 12-hour shifts for 3-day weekends (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon).

Requirements
- BE or BC with the American Board of Radiology (ABR).
- Eligible for Florida Medical License.
- CAQ in Neuroradiology or CAQ eligible.
- Proficiency in advanced neuroimaging techniques is highly desirable, including: CT perfusion, MR perfusion, MR Spectroscopy, and Functional MRI.
- Candidates can live anywhere in the US (except California) and work remotely if needed.
- Ability to work on site in Central Florida is also available and preferable.
