Neuroradiologist

Northwell Health is seeking board-certified or eligible Neuroradiologists to join their growing Department of Radiology. This role offers opportunities for both in-person and hybrid work across multiple facilities, including specialized pediatric neuroimaging at Cohen Children’s Medical Center. The position involves performing a wide range of routine and advanced neuroimaging exams and procedures within New York State's largest healthcare provider.

• Sub-specialties include Head and Neck Imaging, Pediatric Neuroimaging, Dementia/Brain PET Neuroimaging
• Department of Radiology performs more than 2 million medical scans each year

Responsibilities

• Perform routine neuroimaging exams
• Perform advanced MRI and CT imaging of the brain, spine, head, and neck
• Perform Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) and functional MRI (fMRI)
• Perform Perfusion imaging (CTP, MRP)
• Perform MR spectroscopy
• Perform LP’s, myelograms and intrathecal chemotherapy
• Perform Post-processing and 3D reconstruction

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• BE/BC in Diagnostic Radiology
• Completion of Neuroradiology Fellowship
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York
