Neuroradiologist

The Department of Radiology at Northwell Health is actively seeking board certified/eligible Neuroradiologists to join their team across a diverse network of facilities in New York. Providers will have the opportunity to interpret routine neuroimaging exams and perform advanced imaging exams and procedures. Northwell Health Radiology offers a comprehensive, patient-centered environment backed by the resources of New York state's largest health system.

Practice Info

• Diverse network of facilities, IN-PERSON and HYBRID including Cohen Children's Medical Center, Mather Hospital, North Shore University Hospital & LIJ Medical Center, Northern Westchester Hospital, and Staten Island University Hospital
• Neuroradiology sub-specialties include Head and Neck Imaging, Pediatric Neuroimaging, and Dementia/Brain PET Neuroimaging

Responsibilities

• Perform routine neuroimaging exams
• Perform advanced MRI and CT imaging of the brain, spine, head, and neck
• Perform Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) and functional MRI (fMRI)
• Perform perfusion imaging (CTP, MRP)
• Perform MR spectroscopy
• Perform LPs, myelograms, and intrathecal chemotherapy
• Perform post-processing and 3D reconstruction

Requirements

• D. or D.O. degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) in Diagnostic Radiology
• Completion of Neuroradiology Fellowship
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York
