Neuroradiologist
Medical Imaging Associates (MIA) is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join their established, physician-led practice. This position offers flexibility to be based in Idaho Falls or Pocatello, Idaho, within a collaborative, subspecialty-supported environment. The role involves neuroradiology-focused imaging across multiple modalities, participation in general diagnostic coverage, and offers a two-year path to partnership.

Responsibilities
- Perform Neuroradiology-focused imaging across multiple modalities, including CT and MRI
- Participate in general diagnostic coverage as part of a shared group model
- Perform routine image-guided procedures as appropriate
- Provide occasional mammography coverage within a shared rotation
- Collaborate with on-site and regional subspecialists
Compensation
- Employed position
- Competitive base salary plus productivity-based bonus (radiology-specific workload model similar to RVUs)

- Generous monthly stipend available for fellows in training
- The salary range for this position is $500,000-$700,000
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
- Fellowship training in Neuroradiology
- MQSA Certification required
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Idaho (additional state licensure supported as needed)
- Comfortable with a broad spectrum of neuroradiology imaging
- Comfortable participating in general diagnostic coverage customary within a balanced practice model
