As we continue to expand our neuropsychology services, we are seeking licensed Neuropsychologists to join our growing team in designated markets across the United States.

The Neuropsychologist will provide onsiteinitialpsychological consultations for Workers' Compensation patientspresenting withconcussion and traumatic brain injury (TBI) concerns.

Working within a designated clinical setting, the Neuropsychologist will completean initialpsychological assessmentutilizingPAX Health's intake process to helpidentifypatients who mayrequireadditionalneuropsychological services.

This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys assessment-focused work andvaluescollaboration within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onsiteinitialpsychological consultations for Workers' Compensation patients.
  • Complete PAX Health's standardized intake process.
  • Administer and interpret theinitialpsychological assessment battery, including:
  • Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II)
  • Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI)
  • Rey-15
  • Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA)
  • PTSD Symptoms Scale
  • Document clinical findings, impressions, and recommendations.
  • Complete required clinical documentation and reportsin a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care teamregardingclinical findings and next steps.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and professional standards.
  • Abide by PAX Health code of ethics and model values.
  • Other duties as needed within the scope of the role.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license to practice psychology in the applicablejurisdiction; multi-state practice eligibility (e.g., PSYPACT) is a plus
  • Specialized training or experience in neuropsychology (postdoctoral fellowship, supervised experience, or significant clinical practice).
  • Demonstrated experience conducting neuropsychological assessments and formulating integrated treatment recommendations.
  • Experience working with individuals affected by neurological, developmental, or cognitive conditions; experience with workers’ compensation and/or no-fault populations preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the delivery of high-quality clinical care.
  • Excellent clinical interviewing, assessment, andreport-writingskills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule

  • Onsite within the designated market.
  • Approximately4–5 clinical hours every other week to start.
  • Opportunity for growth as the program expands.

Compensation:

  • Initial psychological evaluations arecompensatedat$250 per evaluation, plus administrative time.
  • 1099 contractors preferred
